Waiver of Liability
In consideration of the acceptance of the above registration and my participation in this Tractor Pull, I, the undersigned operator of said tractor fully understand that said participation may result in personal injury to myself as a contestant or property damage to my tractor (such as rollover of my tractor, blowup of my engine, failure of the cut off switch resulting in inability to stop immediately, hitch breakage resulting in loss of control or steering, pieces or parts of my tractor breaking under stress resulting in personal injury to the tractor operator, and/or any and all other circumstances and consequences arising out of a pull);
That I voluntarily assume said risk, and agree therefore that the Goshen Center Ruritan Club, Ruritan National, its sponsors, co-operators and volunteers, will not be held liable for any accident, personal injury or property damage that may occur to me while participating in this Tractor Pull;
And that I do hereby release any and all of them from any claim of liability of any kind against them on my part.
